This template looks very nice, but your use of tables makes me think of a first grader.
Thanks to my ninja skills in word table editing, I was able to make this resume look good for my experience… If you have some time, you could try to really make the template rows copy-paste-able by dividing the vertically merged cells into just an x-number of rows.
